Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Deliver installations and activations for Broadband, Lease Line, PRI Line, and Postpaid services in line with monthly/quarterly targets.
- Business Development:
- Acquire new accounts (hunting) and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client base.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor offerings and activities; recommend strategic sales interventions and pricing strategies based on market trends.
- Funnel Management:
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel for all product lines with clearly defined sales stages and revenue potential.
- Contract Negotiations:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close orders/contracts to maximize customer value and company profitability.
- Solution Delivery:
- Ensure seamless delivery of Airtel solutions aligned with client expectations, supported by cross-functional coordination.
Product Portfolio:
- Broadband Services
- Dedicated Lease Line
- PRI Lines
- Postpaid and Prepaid Mobile SIM Cards
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition
- Strong business acumen and understanding of telecom services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
