Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Deliver installations and activations for Broadband, Lease Line, PRI Line, and Postpaid services in line with monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Business Development:
  • Acquire new accounts (hunting) and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client base.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor competitor offerings and activities; recommend strategic sales interventions and pricing strategies based on market trends.
  • Funnel Management:
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel for all product lines with clearly defined sales stages and revenue potential.
  • Contract Negotiations:
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close orders/contracts to maximize customer value and company profitability.
  • Solution Delivery:
  • Ensure seamless delivery of Airtel solutions aligned with client expectations, supported by cross-functional coordination.

  • Broadband Services
  • Dedicated Lease Line
  • PRI Lines
  • Postpaid and Prepaid Mobile SIM Cards

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competition
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of telecom services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
