Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations Management

  • Oversee daily facility operations and ensure seamless functioning of the assigned property
  • Implement standard operating procedures, building systems, and performance benchmarks
  • Drive operational efficiency by improving processes and adopting best practices
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Monitor and manage building performance, maintenance activities, and service delivery

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders for all facility-related issues
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded
  • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
  • Oversee procurement processes and ensure value-for-money service delivery
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for operational requirements
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards

Financial & Budget Management

  • Manage site-level budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure alignment with approved budgets
  • Support financial reporting, accounting processes, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and support facility operations teams
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance team capability
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence
  • Ensure employee engagement and motivation within the team

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards
  • Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and audit requirements
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Promote a strong safety-first culture across the site

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
  • Promote innovation in facility management practices
  • Drive efficiency in service delivery and resource utilization
