Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Data Entry

  • Enter and post purchase bills, cash, and bank transactions in ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely data entry.
  • Handle journal entries and basic accounting documentation.

ERP & System Management

  • Operate ERP system for financial data entry and transaction recording.
  • Ensure correctness and completeness of entries in the system.

Excel & Reporting

  • Maintain and manage data using MS Excel.
  • Prepare basic reports as required by the Accounts Head.

Support Functions

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
  • Perform any other accounting tasks assigned by the Accounts Head.
