Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services in the designated territory.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through targeted B2B hunting.
  • Cross-sell a full suite of Airtel business solutions to existing clients.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive maturity across all product lines.
  • Monitor and respond to competitor activities with effective market strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring superior service and support.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure deal closures to maximize revenues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services as per client expectations.
  • Collect and report market intelligence for strategic planning and competitive positioning.
