Job Description: Accessibility Testing Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Accessibility Testing Specialist with extensive expertise in evaluating digital content for compliance with accessibility standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web and application accessibility, ensuring inclusive user experiences across various platforms. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) versions 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2.
• Proven experience in accessibility testing of web-based applications and Windows desktop environments.
• Experience in assessing native mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Proficiency with defect tracking and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Expertise in using assistive technologies including JAWS (mandatory), VoiceOver, and TalkBack, with relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools like Accessibility Management Platform (AMP), Continuum, Wave, WorldSpace/aXe, and V-PAT.
• International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) certifications are advantageous.
• Strong ability to develop innovative solutions for accessibility challenges and issues.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate accessibility issues effectively to developers and technical teams, including proficiency in ARIA implementations for HTML and mobile interfaces.
• Deep understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of WA-ARIA authoring best practices.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with developers and product owners to gather and interpret accessibility requirements.
• Hands-on experience working within agile development environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive reports documenting violations and recommended solutions, including code examples aligned with existing designs.
