We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance to students and help them make informed decisions regarding their education and career paths.
• Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and develop individualized learning plans accordingly.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance students' academic skills and career awareness.
• Stay updated on educational programs, scholarships, and university admissions processes to assist students effectively.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to address student concerns and improve academic services.

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using student information systems and academic counseling software.
• Knowledge of educational policies and procedures in India.
