Deep configuration experience with Workday Absence Management.
4-5 years of Workday Absence configuration, test and deployment experience with good understanding of the Workday core application (HCM Core, Business Processes & Reporting).
Hands on expertise implementing absence eligibility rules and accrual calculations.
Experience in Absence BP workflows and delegation setup.
Proficiency in setting up absence types, eligibility rules and accrual calculations.
Understanding of Workday security framework, especially absence related security groups and domains.
Understanding of global absence requirements for multi country implementations.
Experience in gathering and documenting absence requirements.
Currently holding Workday absence certification.
