3D Designer - Experiential - Events

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and be a key part of the design team, working on large-scale projects across various sectors.
• Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the insights and strategy teams to develop creative ideas and articulate them in creative briefs.
• Design Involvement: Participate proactively in design projects, including briefings, storyboarding, and concept creation.
• Creative Presentations: Be a part of creative presentations and work closely with other team members to showcase the work.
• Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts and client pitches to win new projects.
• Portfolio Development: Maintain and build a stunning portfolio that showcases your innovative designs.

Qualifications:

• Professional qualification(s) in design or a related field.
• Proven experience in 3D design and branded architecture.
• Strong ability to communicate ideas, both verbally and visually (e.g., sketches, presentations).
• Comprehensive knowledge of design technology and software.
• Relevant work experience from a leading agency or event management firm.
• References from recognized industry luminaries.
• A stunning portfolio showcasing your expertise.

Must Have:

• Strong design, ideation, and supervision skills.
• Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas.
